Commonly asked questions in Web Design

As the year 2017 comes to an end let me reflect on the most common questions I have encountered in web design in Kenya. It is quite interesting since these questions come from individuals who already have a website as well as those who don’t.

I have a website but I am not getting any value from it

Yes, you are not getting value from it because of a number of reasons. First, you need to understand the purpose of your website. Be clear on what you website wants to achieve for you. Secondly, marketing strategies are not right. For you to get the most from your website you certainly need to market it. Remember a website is the most fundamental component of digital marketing.

I am completely new to this website thing. How does it work?

You should not get worried about this. That is our core service. Find more by visiting our web design section for more information.

How much does is it cost to have a website?

Costing entirely depends your unique needs. Our minimum charges for a basic website is Ksh 20,000 and ranges upwards for a more demanding and complex website.

How does the payment work?

Essentially we demand a 50% down payment before we start the project. The remaining 50% should be paid once all the requirements of the website have been met and the whole thing complete.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Generally the scope of our customers is wide ranging from start-ups to big corporations across multiple industries e.g. hospitality, agriculture, health, sports etc.

Our experienced team of web designers and digital marketers first understand your industry and come up with a solution that would help achieve your business goals.

How long does it take to build a website?

It really depends on the complexity of your website. Essentially it takes a maximum of 5 days for a basic website and up to 2weeks for a more complex one.

Which CMS do you use?

We work with both Joomla and Wordpress at the moment.

Can you help update content afterwards?

Yes we can help you regularly update content on your website at a small fee.
